Faculty

Amanda Androlewicz DNP, FNP -BC, RN

Amanda Androlewicz is a graduate of the CEC Nursing Assistant Program and of the APS CEC PN program. She obtained her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2007 and has recently obtained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practicioner. Her areas of expertise include Family Medicine, Pediatrics and End of Life Care. Amanda is the clinical coordinator.

Cathy Baum MSN, RN-BC

Cathy Baum was born and raised in N.M. She received her C.N.A. in 1982 from CNM, her BSN from WTSU in 1984, and her MSN in 1989 from UNM. Her nursing specialties include Medical-Surgical Nursing, Adult Critical Care, Telephone Triage and Nurse Educator. She's taught as a nursing instructor for CNM, UNM and for the Presbyterian Pathways to Nursing Program. In 2015, she obtained her National Certification in Nursing Professional Development (NPD) as a NPD Specialist/Nurse Educator.

Margaret Hendrix MSN RN

Margaret Hendrix.pngMargaret Hendrix has been a nurse since 2007 when she graduated from CNM. She then obtained her BSN from UNM in 2012 and graduated in December 2014 with her MSN. She was a medical assistant and certified nursing assistant before becoming a nurse. Ms. Hendrix is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Nursing Practice and is expected to graduate in July 2018.

Donna Ketcheson MSN CNP

Donna Ketcheson.jpegDonna Ketcheson attended Peninsula General Hospital School of Nursing on the Eastern Shore of Maryland where she worked as a RN before moving to Albuquerque in 1975. She received her Degree as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and worked on the Navajo Reservation. She pursued her education and attended University of Mississippi where she obtained her certification as a Nurse Midwife. Donna taught at UNM Valencia in the Associated Degree Program before joining the CEC faculty.

Pat Kious BSN RN

Pat Kious.pngPat Kious worked as a flight attendant with TWA for several years and then moved to Japan where she taught English at the University of Kyushu. After returning to the U.S., she completed her first nursing degree in 1994. She then went to UNM, graduating with her BSN and Summa Cum Laude. She specialized and received her certification in medical surgical nursing.

Rebecca Weatherford FNP-BC, MSN RN

Rebecca Weatherford.pngRebecca Weatherford is a Certified Nurse Practitioner who was born and raised in NM. She is a graduate from the CEC LPN program and completed her BSN at UNM. She received her CNP from St Francis. Her expertise is Pediatrics and Maternal/Child Nursing.
